Dr. Sajid Puthen

Dr. Sajid Puthenpeedikayil is an educator, UPSC mentor, and Academic Director with 13+ years of dedicated experience preparing India's brightest minds for administrative and diplomatic leadership. Having cleared the UPSC Civil Services Prelims and Mains and faced the UPSC Interview board, Dr. Sajid pairs deep subject mastery in Indian Economy, Polity, CSAT and Ethics in Governance (GS 4) with proven pedagogic frameworks. A Ph.D. holder in Gulf Studies and UGC Senior Research Fellow, he integrates modern e-learning tools with analytical decision-making models to cultivate ethical, forward-thinking public administrators. He completed his Ph.D. at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, where his doctoral thesis investigated micro-financial frameworks and inclusive growth in Bahrain. He holds Master's degrees in Arabic Literature and Islamic Commercial Law, alongside UGC-NET, JRF, and SRF credentials from the Government of India. His scholarship focuses on Islamic banking and finance, poverty eradication mechanisms, free-market ethics, and faith-based economic models, with papers presented at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (Doha), Aligarh Muslim University, and published in the Journal of Modern Accounting and Auditing.
