Sign up on Guestify, go to Dashboard > Profile, and fill in your details including topics, bio, pricing, and availability. Once complete, publish your profile to appear in search results.

Browse speakers on the platform, select one that fits your event, and send a booking request with your event details. The speaker will review and accept/decline. Once accepted, payment is processed securely through Guestify.

Guestify charges a 10% platform fee on each completed booking. This covers payment processing, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance. Speakers receive 90% of the booking amount.

Payments are split into two parts: 50% is released to the speaker upon booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% after the event is completed. This protects both parties.

Yes, bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 25% fee. Speakers can also cancel, in which case organizers receive a full refund.

Currently, Guestify is focused on the Indian market. We plan to expand to other regions soon. Speakers and organizers from all over India can use the platform.

Free gives you a basic profile with limited features. Pro (₹499/month) adds unlimited topics, priority search, verification badge, and analytics. Elite (₹1,999/month) includes featured homepage placement, dedicated account manager, and advanced revenue tools.

Verified status is available on Pro and Elite plans. Our team reviews your credentials, past speaking experience, and profile completeness. Verification typically takes 2-3 business days.

If there's an issue with a booking, go to Dashboard > Bookings, select the booking, and click 'Raise Dispute'. Our support team will review the case and mediate between both parties within 48 hours.

Yes! Guestify supports multi-role accounts. Go to Dashboard > Settings and add the additional role. You'll have access to both speaker and organizer features simultaneously.
