Suhail Kottakkal

Suhail Kottakkal s a POSH Act trainer, gender-compliance consultant and legal literacy educator based in Kerala, India.

He is the Founder and Lead Trainer of FIO Foundation, an NGO specialising in POSH Act 2013 compliance — Internal Committee capacity building, External Member appointments, policy drafting and workplace gender audits. Under his lead, FIO Foundation has trained 6,000+ professionals across 100+ organizations in all 14 districts of Kerala, with a participant Net Promoter Score of +71.3. Government clients include Kerala Police, the National Health Mission and the Kerala Labour Department.

He is also the Founder of LAWGO, India's public legal ed-tech platform, built on the mission of building essential legal skills for all.

A social worker by profession, Suhail holds a Master's from Madras School of Social Work and a Sociology degree from the University of Calicut. His decade-plus career spans child protection, fair labour proggrams, entrepreneurial mindset education and corporate social impact.

His method is experiential, not lecture-based. Bias-surfacing icebreakers, live case simulations and decision drills replace slide-reading. Participants leave able to do the compliance work — run an inquiry, draft a policy, file an annual report — not just describe it.
